This solenoid is linked 2 a smart control unit installed inside the car- which allows you 2 adjust the boost pressure manually. The control unit has four controllable channels- each of which can be programmed with an individual boost setting 2 suit driving conditions or styles. 4 example- if its wet and you’re struggling around town 2 get traction- then you can select a channel you have set up with low boost.
